Due to current weather conditions and the high fire risk, PG&E is turning off power in certain regions within the Santa Clara Family Health Plan (SCFHP) service area.
Our office is not currently affected by the power shut-offs, and we want to make sure you get the care and prescriptions you need during the power outage. In an emergency, call 911.

If You Need a Prescription Refilled
SCFHP has allowed pharmacies to process your refill so you can continue to have access to your prescriptions. For example:
- Your prior authorization has expired but you need your prescription refilled.
- You need a refill sooner than your next refill date.
