New FSR and MRR tools coming in July 2020

Starting July 1, SCFHP will introduce new facility site review (FSR) and medical record review (MRR) tools as required by the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS).
The SCFHP Provider Services team will connect with provider offices individually as they approach their respective dates for FSR to schedule a walkthrough of the FSR and explain how it has changed from its prior iteration.
