Breathe California's camp for kids with asthma
Camp Superstuff is a one-week day camp for kids ages 6-12 with asthma. Children will learn to manage their asthma and enjoy summer activities such as swimming, hiking, and more! The camp will be at the Mayfair Community Center from July 20 to 24. There is no cost to join for kids covered under SCFHP. Space is limited. Refer your patients using Breathe California’s registration form or call Kiran Kaur, Health Educator, at 1-503-884-7896.

YMCA's Healthy Living Day Camp
The YMCA of Silicon Valley is holding a summer camp just for kids who are at risk for developing type 2 diabetes. Designed for kids ages 5-15, they will learn about healthy habits through nutrition and fun activities. There is no cost to attend for kids covered under SCFHP.
