Vaccinations aren't just for flu season. They are important to stay healthy all year long. You can contact your provider to see if you need vaccinations and set up an appointment to get them.

Pregnant women and their partners should get Tdap (Tetanus/Diphtheria/Whooping Cough) and flu vaccines to help protect their unborn child.

Be sure to get a flu shot every year. You can get your shot from your provider, or from most chain pharmacies.
