Call Center Reminder: New Interactive Voice Response

In October 2019, SCFHP introduced a new Interactive Voice Response system (IVR) to provide you with a better call experience.

The new IVR can be reached by dialing 1-408-874-1473. When you call, you will be asked to provide your Tax Identification Number (TIN). Then, you can:

  • Verify member eligibility and PCP assignment via fax
  • Check the status of claims processed by SCFHP based on your TIN
  • Request a list of claim(s) processed by SCFHP in the last 6 months via fax
