Ordering Over-the-Counter (OTC) products has never been easier

As a valued Santa Clara Family Health Plan DualConnect (HMO D-SNP) member, you have access to a variety of brand-name and generic health and wellness products with your OTC benefit through NationsOTC®.

Placing an order is simple. You have four easy ways to use your benefit allowance and receive two-day shipping at no additional cost. Choose the option that’s best for you:

  1. Through the NationsOTC MyBenefits portal at SCFHP.NationsBenefits.com
  2. Through the NationsOTC MyBenefits app in the App Store or Google Play
  3. By phone at 1-833-811-0563 (TTY: 711). Member Experience Advisors are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
  4. By mail. Send your completed order form from the catalog to:

Important: Please mail your order form no later than the 20th of the month to ensure your order total is applied to the current benefit period. If you need your order sooner, please go online or call.

What is the amount of my benefit allowance?

The amount of your benefit allowance is $135 per quarter/benefit period.

What is a benefit period?

The year is divided into four quarters or benefit periods. These are as follows:

  • January through March
  • April through June
  • July through September
  • and October through December

What happens if I exceed the amount of my benefit allowance?

You will be responsible for any expenses that exceed your benefit allowance. You will need to provide a credit card to pay for any amount that exceeds your benefit allowance.

What if I don’t use my entire benefit amount during a benefit period?

Benefit allowances do not rollover from quarter to quarter and will be forfeited at the end of their current period.

When will my order be delivered?

Allow two days for delivery.

Is there a cost for shipping?

No, your order will be shipped at no additional cost.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order any time prior to shipping by calling NationsOTC at 1-833-811-0563 (TTY: 711). You can also cancel your order in your NationsOTC MyBenefits portal within one hour after your order is placed.

What is the return or exchange policy?

If there is a problem with your order, please call NationsOTC at 1-833-811-0563 (TTY: 711). Your purchase can be refunded. Due to the personal nature of these products, we do not require products to be returned.

Santa Clara Family Health Plan DualConnect is an HMO D-SNP with a Medicare and Medi-Cal contract.

Enrollment in DualConnect depends on contract renewal.
