Fitness membership
A fitness membership is offered to all Santa Clara Family Health Plan (SCFHP) Medi-Cal and SCFHP DualConnect (HMO D-SNP) members at no cost to encourage an active lifestyle and improve their overall quality of life. Achieve your health and fitness goals with the support you deserve in a welcoming and inclusive environment at your local YMCA of Silicon Valley location. YMCA membership includes:
- Access to a wellness coach
- 600+ group exercise classes that include yoga, Pilates, Zumba, cycling, TRX and aqua fitness led by certified instructors
- Exercise equipment, basketball gym, indoor and outdoor fitness studios, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and wellness programs* to support you on your wellness journey.

To enroll, visit any YMCA of Silicon Valley location and show your SCFHP member ID card. Or, you can sign up online at https://www.ymcasv.org/santa-clara-family-health-plan . Members under 12 need to have a guardian with them at all times. The guardian does not have to be an SCFHP member or a YMCA member.*
*Non-standard services that call for an added fee are not part of the SCFHP DualConnect YMCA membership and will not be reimbursed by YMCA or SCFHP DualConnect.
The YMCA of Silicon Valley is not part of SCFHP. Participation in this benefit is optional and does not affect your health coverage.
