SCFHP provides training modules to ensure that we and our providers meet all regulatory requirements. The provider training modules are also a reference for you and your staff.
Review the list of required trainings on this page. Please ensure that you and your staff complete these trainings before beginning your service as a contracted provider, or by the noted due date in the case of newly introduced trainings. If you have questions regarding required trainings, contact SCFHP Provider Services.
Please check this page frequently for new training modules.

LTSS includes a range of home and community-based services that support people living independently in the community, as well as services provided in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) requires all primary care providers (PCPs) who treat patients covered by Medi-Cal managed care plans to complete LTSS training. Please complete the training module and return the LTSS Training Attestation Form to SCFHP Provider Services.
