Overview

Santa Clara Family Health Plan (SCFHP) Developer Portal enables developers of third-party applications to interface with standards-based APIs, as per the regulation specified in the CMS interoperability and Patient Access Final Rule. Claims and enrollment data of patients enrolled in SCFHP products are available through the APIs.
