Join us for a free interactive class to learn more about what high blood pressure is, tips on managing high blood pressure, and how to use an at-home blood pressure monitor. Class is led by a Registered Nurse or Certified Health Educator.

Class is open to all SCFHP members and non-members, including those that care for someone with high blood pressure.
