Learn about supplements: vitamins, minerals and herbs. Tools include how to read nutrition labels, understanding portion sizes, and planning a healthy meal. Spanish language classes are also available. Child supervision is available while parents attend the classes.
WeightWatchers: This popular weight-management program is a great way to lose weight. The FREE 10-week session (s) will focus on reading (BMI) Body Mass Index, goal setting, low-fat meal planning, and physical exercise. You must be referred by your doctor (PCP) for this program.
