For members of all ages and levels of physical activity, exercise can be an important part of a healthy life. Programs and classes include aquatic exercise, dance- and martial arts-based programs, as well as specific programs for those coping with specific physical challenges.

Exercise Classes

The fitness program offers you Aerobics, Salsa-Aerobics (aerobic exercise done to Salsa, Cumbia & Merengue music, and Ballet Folklorico (traditional Mexican dance). It also offers F.A.S.T. (fitness & strength-training for athletes), Vietnamese Martial Arts, Open Gym (indoor soccer, basketball, and handball), and SJ Pal Boxing (boxing training).
