Health Education

We are dedicated to helping you and your family stay healthy. To achieve this goal, we give you the facts and services you need, in your native language and in your neighborhood. We partner with you and with agencies in your community to provide the health education classes or programs that best meet your family's needs.   

All classes and services are free to Santa Clara Family Health Plan (SCFHP) members.

If you need help in a language other than English, 24-hour interpreter services are available.
