Family Health Plan offers interpreters without charge. You do not have to use a family member or friend as an interpreter. You may use an interpreter when seeing your doctor, a specialist or other health care provider.

Let the doctor's office know ahead of time that you want to use an interpreter at your appointment. They will arrange one for you.

You may also call us to help you find a doctor who speaks your language or who has an interpreter in the office.

Hearing Impaired We have sign language interpreters, at no charge. Call Member Services at 1-800-260-2055 or TTY 1-800-735-2929.

Vision Impaired This information and other important Health Plan information can be made available for the vision impaired. Information can be provided in large print, enlarged computer disk formats and audiotape. If you want information in these formats, or want help reading this information, please call our Member Services Department at 1-800-260-2055.
