It's Never Too Late To Come To Member Orientation!

Your health care benefits are about keeping you well.
You need good health to have a good life. To promote your good health, Santa Clara Family Health Plan provides special programs and health education classes at no cost to you . We offer you classes on how to parent, bicycle safety, how to stop smoking and many other issues (let us know if you want a class on something and don’t see it on our schedule). We also have special medical programs to help you manage your asthma or diabetes; or to help you during pregnancy, birth and being the parent of a newborn.

If you do get sick or have chronic health problems, getting the care you need should not be one more problem.

You can find out how to make the best use of all your benefits by attending a Member Orientation class.

• Orientation classes are available during the day, in the evening and on the weekends.
• Child care and snacks are provided.
• We believe these classes are so important for you to get the full benefit of your health care coverage that we will pay you to come!
