For other than emergencies, and if you have no way to get to doctor appointments, we can help you. We will get you transportation to appointments with health plan doctors. The doctor visit must be for services that are covered benefits. Transportation will be based on:
  • Your medical and physical condition.
  • The urgency of the appointment.
  • The availability of transportation at the time needed.

To ask for transportation, call the Member Services Department at 1-800-260-2055. We will call your doctor to verify your need for transportation. Please call to request the service as early as possible.
