Benefit Plans

We offer the following plans:

Medi-Cal
Medi-Cal is California’s Medicaid health care program.
This program pays for a variety of medical services for children and adults with limited income and resources.

Healthy Families
The Healthy Families Program offers low cost insurance for children and teens up to age 19.
It provides health, dental and vision coverage to children who meet the program rules and do not qualify for free Medi-Cal.

Healthy Kids
The Healthy Kids program is a new, locally funded health insurance product unique to Santa Clara County.
This program was created by a public-private partnership and is run by the Santa Clara Family Health Plan. Healthy Kids is designed to provide comprehensive health insurance for those who do not qualify for existing programs and are financially unable to purchase coverage.

Healthy Generations
Healthy Generations was designed for Santa Clara County residents who receive Medi-Cal and have Medicare Part A (hospital insurance) and Part B (medical insurance). Healthy Generations is a Medicare Advantage plan, and includes Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage.
