Chief Information Officer

Under general direction of the Chief Executive Officer, The CIO will be responsible for all aspects of the SCFHP’s information technology and systems, and will partner with the senior management team to align SCFHP information technology development and deployment with the organization’s overall strategic direction. The CIO will direct the planning, implementation, and support of enterprise IT systems which support business operations to improve cost effectiveness, service quality, and continued business development. The CIO will possess a strategic orientation towards the linkage between information technology and organizational goals, including support of decision-making from both administrative and clinical perspectives. Outstanding analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to execute decisions effectively are also required. The CIO must possess demonstrated leadership skills which emphasize innovation, interpersonal skills, financial acumen, human resource management, employee development and have the ability to work in a team environment.

Delegation Oversight Coordinator

Under the general direction of the VP of Provider Operations, coordinates the delegation oversight audits of Santa Clara Family Health Plan’s contracted physician groups and subcontracted providers according to regulatory and contractual requirements. In support of the VP, Provider Operations, assists in the liaison role between the Medical Management, Provider Services, Grievance Department, Claims Department, Pharmacy Department, contracted physician groups and subcontracted providers in the delegation oversight process. Coordinate the Joint Operations Committee meetings, including the preparation and distribution of agendas and minutes.

Director of Infrastructure and System Support

Provide vision and problem solving on a company-wide level for infrastructure, desktop and application system support, with emphasis on anticipating IT industry future directions and relating those changes to current and future infrastructure needs and projects. Provide any level of project management for single and multiple projects across several channels. Primary management focus is on the implementation and usage of SCFHP network infrastructure telecom infrastructure as well as computer operations strategy. Oversees management of the data center, technical services, production scheduling, help desk, communication networks (voice and data), and computer systems operations. Direct the maintenance and support of all electronic and computerized systems; information processing equipment, and software for the acquisition, storage, and retrieval of information. Set the direction for all information processing and communication systems and operations. Work with CIO or IT Director and senior management to determine network architecture strategies and standards.
