The Medical Boad of California hosts: PACT Net, Physician Assistance, Consultation, and Training Network that has a free telephone consultation resource for physicians who treat developmentally disabled patients.

There is also a website: http://www.ddhealthinfo.org/ which is a collaborative project sponsored by the California Department of Developmental Services, UC San Diego, and the California Center for Health Improvement. It is Designed to improve the health of persons with developmental disabilities in California by educating physicians and other healthcare providers caring for this population.
